The Reimbursement Manager is responsible for formulation and effective implementation of credit and collection policies, procedures and standards.

A Bachelors Degree along with 10 years of healthcare credit and collections experience and 5 years of supervisory experience are required.
Must possess strong analytical ability and superior computer skills
Knowledge of: Funding Guidelines, Compliance, Privacy, Medical Terminology, Explanation of Benefits (EOB) Codes, Procedure Codes, ICD-9 Codes, and Products & Services is required
Must possess strong proficiency in typical Microsoft reporting products (e.g., Excel)
Must possess excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment experiencing dynamic change
